MitchGrafix Sign Studio LLC provides graphic design, signage, printing coordination, and related creative services.

• Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or agreement
• Deposits may be required before work begins
• Final files or products may be withheld until payment is complete

• Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs before production
• We are not responsible for errors approved by the client (typos, colors, sizes, etc.)

• Revision limits will be outlined per project
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges

• Turnaround times are estimates and may vary due to revisions, material availability, or third-party vendors

• Design work already completed is non-refundable
• Printed or custom products cannot be refunded once production has started

• Final designs remain the property of MitchGrafix Sign Studio LLC until full payment is received
• Upon payment, clients receive usage rights for approved designs
• We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
